Suction works best on the no air flowing surface

Where does it stick best?

Suction cups adhere best to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as tile, glass, fiberglass, or metal.

A suction cup might work on the tiny dumpling or wavy texture due to the material's high elasticity.

But if there is too much air flowing on the surface that elasticity can not cover, suction won't work.

To ensure a firm bond, surfaces should be free of dirt before attaching the suction cup.

The wet surface does not matter.

Clean the surface

Clean the suction plate and the surface to attach. Spray water a little on the wall. It helps suction work better.

Press button 7 to 8 times or more

Pump the center button 7 to 8 times until the red line is not visible.

Lock the knob

Lock the knob clockwise. It adds extra suction power.

Remove

Loosen the knob anticlockwise.

Push cards or spoons between the suction plate and wall to remove it. Do not use sharp edge stuff that could give damage the suction pad.

Remove and reuse without drying

In the case of reuse, wash the suction cup with flowing water and follow the installation instruction.

No dry needed. A wet suction surface helps suction work smooth and better.

 

How does a vacuum suction cup work?

Ideally, a suction cup works best against a smooth or non-porous surface.

The cup plate completely seals against atmospheric air when generating a vacuum, and internal air is quickly evacuated.

Therefore it makes a strong suction.

Pump&fix suction cup has a pumping button to get the air out which works like

vacuum generator to make a vacuum interior of the cup.

Why does it fall off, or is not suction working?

Whatever the reason, the suction cup becomes not work when the vacuum is broken due to leakage.

Please refer to the cause and solution.

1) Check if the surface is not ideal such as not smooth, porous, too wavy, etc

2) Check the plate and wall surface if anything is attached disturbing the excellent sealing and clean it up.

3) Use the pump regularly or when the red line is seen to maintain a good vacuum.

As time goes by, outside air slightly could enter the system naturally, so that use pump, center button, to get

it out again for a long time usage without falling off.

4) The adjustable swivel slot could be too tight the very first time.

Please move it down or up several times after inserting the showerheads.

Originally it has very high tension to maintain stopping the position at any angle between 90 to 45.
